Design specifications

All of our designs are thoughtfully created and together with elements and accessories they create the best overall design. It is not possible to make any major changes nor to interfere with the template design. When choosing a collection we recommend that you pay more attention to the text and its composition. It is also possible to choose the inscription of your names with or without surnames.

We recommend that you carefully review the text before finally confirming the print file. We are not responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors. To get the best idea of what the invitation will look like we suggest you print the final file yourself and view it in physical form. Subsequent corrections cannot be made once the proof is confirmed and sent to print.

Any customization of the wedding invites that deviates greatly from our collections will be counted as a separate project with bespoke design. Variations

The papers we are offering are made by hand, so there may be variations in texture and thickness of different pieces.

Deckle edges on wedding invitations and other stationery are handmade as well, so the shape and appearance of each piece is different. 'These imperfections' are exactly what makes the wedding stationery uniquely charming.

All of our wedding invitations are finished by hand. Each accessory is manually added and each invitation carefully completed/rounded off as a whole. Therefore, each copy of the wedding stationery is slightly different and consequently unique.

We strive to represent the colours shown on our website as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the printed colour will look exactly like the screen colour. If you are unsure about your colour choice, please send us an email or make an appointment with us to have presented in detail all the samples of colours, papers and other additions.

Availability

We cannot guarantee that the papers, envelopes or accessories displayed on our website will be available from our suppliers, particularly during peak seasons. In case your selections are unavailable, we will let you know and present you with alternative options. To ensure alternative options we work with a number of suppliers whose product aesthetic may differ slightly from the original examples presented on our website.

Production times

The time of production may differ from what is agreed upon if there are design revisions and/or delays in confirming the final print file. Due to the increased workload during the peak seasons, minimal production delays can occur.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our stationery and services they are not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation. If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the text approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.

Data Privacy

The personal information that you provide directly to us or on our website will only be used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. We will never share or sell your information to any third party.
